1. Who We Are

2. Ordering & Customization
- Placing an Order: Place your order on our site, and you’ll get an email confirmation.
- Custom Engraving: If your order is custom, you’ll get a digital proof to approve before we engrave. Check everything—spelling, dates, and design—before you approve.
- Your Responsibility: Once you approve your proof, we engrave exactly what you saw. Any mistakes you approve are on you.
3. Payment & Pricing
- All prices are in USD.
- Payment is due at checkout—no exceptions.
- We accept [credit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods you use].
- If there’s a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order—we’ll let you know right away if this happens.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Info: Orders ship to the address you provide—double-check it! Shipping times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier or acts of God.
- Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order never shows up, we’ll make it right—replacement or refund, your choice. Let us know within 7 days of expected delivery, and include your order number/tracking info.
- Damaged Orders: If your stuff arrives damaged, send us a photo ASAP and we’ll ship a replacement fast.
5. Cancellations
- Custom Orders: You can cancel any time before we start engraving. Once engraving begins, it’s locked in—no cancellations.
- Pre-Made (Non-Custom) Products: Cancel anytime before the item ships. After it ships, returns are handled under our standard return policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Custom/Personalized Products: Since these are made just for you, returns and refunds are NOT accepted after you approve your proof, unless there’s a defect, damage, or the product doesn’t match the approved proof. If there’s a problem, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order info and photos—we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund (your call).
- Pre-Made (Non-Custom) Products: Unused/unopened non-custom items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (not including shipping). Contact us before returning.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, product photos, and website content belong to Hassall’s Designs. Don’t steal our stuff.
- If you upload art/text for custom work, you are responsible for having the rights to use it. Don’t send us copyrighted images or logos you don’t own.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is the price you paid for your order. No million-dollar lawsuits.
- You agree to use our products for their intended purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms
